Alabama Power Adger workers linemen electricity shocked


Two Pike Electric workers were electrocuted while assisting Alabama Power with storm restoration efforts in Jefferson County Tuesday. Learn more in the video above.The Jefferson County Coroner has identified the victims as Eli Babb,19, of Kellyton and Layton Ellison, 19, of Alexandria. According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the two linemen came in contact with electricity and were killed while working in Adger.Alabama Power released the following statement:”We have been made aware of a tragic accident involving Pike Electric employees supporting Alabama Power in storm restoration.
